Our services are intended for businesses operating in the United States. Businesses generally need at least $50,000 in monthly revenue to be considered. Eligibility, funding amounts, terms, rates, and timelines vary based on business qualifications and provider review.
3. Information You Provide
You represent that all information and documents you provide to us are accurate, complete, and that you are authorized to provide them on behalf of the business. You authorize us to share the information and supporting documents you provide with funding providers for the purpose of evaluating funding options for your business.
4. Credit and Background Review
You authorize Novera Capital Group and the funding providers we work with to obtain business and, where permitted and applicable, personal credit and background information in connection with evaluating funding options for your business.
5. No Financial Advice
Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult your own advisors before entering into any funding agreement.
6. Communications
By contacting us, you consent to be contacted by Novera Capital Group and its representatives by phone, email, and SMS regarding funding options for your business, including at the number and address you provide. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to a text message or contacting us.
